Demo of 360 Degree Scrollable Image Forget about using plain static images on your website, beat your competition to the punch by adding scrollable images to your website. Scrollable images on a website are well-suited for both online art galleries, museum webpages and marketing products. Higher resolution scrollable images can be written to CD-ROM for distribution to potential clients. Museums and art galleries can have virtual exhibits on kiosks and websites at a reasonable cost. To view this scrollable/zoomable image, you will need Apple's QuickTime Player. If you are unsure if your system can view it, then check Apple's Troubleshooting Webpage at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/troubleshooting/. I prepared the images for this demonstration using existing light through a picture window on an overcast day. Controlled lighting, specific backgrounds and surface materials are options that are available for your projects. No image of a microscope to the left? You probably do not have a QuickTime Player 5 plug-in enabled for your web browser. Download the free QuickTime 5 Player, for the Macintosh or Windows platforms at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ For those of you who are not familar with QTVR, while your mouse pointer is inside the image, the [Shift] key will zoom in and the [CTRL] key will zoom out. Click and drag to view left, right, up and down. The left and right arrow keys will also step the rotation of the image. Email me at today, for further information on how we can quickly get your products presented this way! |
